*IMPORTANT: Orders from Europe will be subject to the local rate of VAT, payable to the freight company prior to delivery. Orders from outside Europe will be subject to duty at the local rate. The customer is solely responsible for payment.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via first-class post. Holiday periods, or industrial disputes may cause additional delays. If you prefer delivery by DHL or special delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if appropriate.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Availability of goods can vary from day to day. Where an order has been placed and the goods are not in stock, the purchaser will be notified within two working days and advised of stock availabiltiy dates. If the purchaser then wishes to cancel the order, EMF Protection Clothing will refund the payment within 2 working days.

We recommend that customers check sizes carefully against the size chart before ordering. Outer garments can be changed for alternative sizes providing that the garments have not been worn and are returned packaged in the same condition as they were dispatched.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Where the garment and packaging are not received packaged in the same condition, then EMF Protection Clothing will return to the customer if requested, provided the customer has paid the new outward shipping cost. Undergarments and head nets cannot be changed for health and hygiene reasons in line with Distance Selling and Sale of Goods Act regulations.

Any purchaser who may be sensitive to the material fabric or any of the products used in the manufacturing process should contact EMF Protection Clothing in order to satisfy themselves that the material is appropriate before making a purchase. If in doubt EMF Protection Clothing will endeavor to provide a sample of the material where appropriate prior to purchase.

Products cut to size or made especially for a particular or bespoke request cannot be refunded or replaced, unless PROVEN to be defective or not fit for purpose when received. In which case an independent third party expert report should be submitted by a suitably qualified party.

Canopies: We do not accept returns for canopies unless in the unlikely event that the customer can prove there is a proven manufacturing defect.

The purchaser is responsible for return freight and consignments sent freight-forward will not be accepted.

The limit for returns is 7 days after order, or in line with Internet Commerce trading Laws 'cooling off' period.
